Elegant Environment to Promote Recovery
As a former Monastery and a former Four Diamond-Rated,
luxury, boutique hotel, The Abbey is ideally suited for the care and comfort
of our clients.
Client Accommodations
We can accommodate 24 clients in our 19
elegantly appointed guest rooms.
All of our client rooms are
private or semi private, and each features its own bathroom with Italian
marble showers and floors. Many rooms enjoy views of the Mississippi
River.
Dining Room, Meeting Rooms, and Client Lounges
The Abbey has a charming Dining Room adjacent to our commercial
kitchen. We also have wonderful meeting rooms in which we conduct our
individual and group therapy in an elegant setting. Of course, clients
need time to relax and socialize, and we have several rooms for clients to
gather, watch movies, and enjoy each other’s company.
Athletic Center & Exercise (Dance) Floor
We have an intimate Athletic Center, with a variety aerobic equipment and a
weightlifting station. We also have a large dance floor for aerobics
classes, yoga, Tai Chi, stretching exercises, and even dance!
Courtyard & Pool
The Abbey is surrounded by a 10-foot-high wall that provides privacy and
protection in our Courtyard and Pool area. These grounds provide a
wonderful opportunity not only for outdoor group meetings and social
activities, but also for moments of quite contemplation, as well.
